Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Contracts Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Management department supporting the Data Center Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to successfully support the organization's fast-paced construction projects.

Location: Annapolis Junction, MD (Onsite)
Pay Range:$84.16 - $90.64/hour

What’s the Job?

• Track construction progress and support schedule, cost, QA/QC, and general contractor management activities for a hyperscale data center project.
• Monitor project milestones and identify potential schedule delays while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with Microsoft teams, contractors, and multiple stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
• Review construction operations, resolve project issues, and maintain accurate progress tracking and reporting.
• Support production efficiency, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced onsite environment.

✅What’s Needed?

• 10+ years of construction management experience, preferably supporting hyperscale data center projects.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience tracking large-scale construction activities and project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, blueprints, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is required. Experience with Bluebeam is preferred, and Primavera P6 experience is a plus.
