Lead Management, not assistant, experience in BIM/VDC on large-scale vertical, civil and infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of civil and structural systems, with experience in transportation projects a plusExpert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and BIM 360/ACCExperience leading model coordination meetings with design consultants and trade partnersUnderstanding of clash detection, 4D modeling, and model-based quantity extractionAbility to collaborate with scheduling and cost teams to integrate model data into project controlsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredYou would be responsible for Managing the overall BIM execution plan from preconstruction through constructionLeading model coordination across disciplines, resolving conflicts, and maintaining model integrityHosting and facilitating BIM coordination meetings with project teams and stakeholdersIntegrating 3D models with scheduling (4D) and cost (5D) systems to support project planningSupporting constructability reviews, site logistics planning, and temporary works visualizationTraining and supporting project staff and subcontractors on BIM standards and workflowsWorking alongside schedulers and cost managers to improve project predictability and controlsAssisting in the development and implementation of BIM standards and innovation across the companyAbout the company Our client is a leading infrastructure builder with a strong presence in Florida and a track record of delivering transformative transportation and civil projects.
