Description

    • Support Project Managers on healthcare and hospital construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
    • Assist with schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance documentation.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, hospital facilities teams, and inspectors.
    • Help track procurement of long‑lead MEP and medical equipment items.
    • Attend project meetings and assist in issue resolution to keep projects moving efficiently.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

    • Experience supporting commercial healthcare or hospital construction projects.
    • Knowledge of healthcare environments, infection control protocols, and regulated construction settings.
