Job Details

We are seeking a senior attorney to join a litigation practice representing clients in complex construction and commercial disputes. This role offers broad involvement across the full lifecycle of matters, including pre-dispute advisory work, active litigation, and resolution strategy.

You will take a lead role in managing cases, advising clients, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The position is suited for an experienced attorney who is comfortable driving matters forward, shaping strategy, and handling sophisticated disputes in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution
  • Develop and execute case strategy, including risk assessment and claim evaluation
  • Draft, argue, and oversee dispositive motions and other critical filings
  • Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses and experts
  • Manage discovery, including oversight of e‑discovery processes
  • Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings
  • Coordinate with experts, co-counsel, and other third parties
  • Advise clients on dispute strategy, risk exposure, and resolution options

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of litigation experience
  • Strong background in handling complex disputes, including contract-based or construction-related matters
  • Significant experience with depositions, motion practice, and case strategy
  • Familiarity with arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation
  • Experience managing discovery and e‑discovery workflows
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
  • Strong academic credentials

Requirements
  • Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Ability to independently manage matters and supervise aspects of litigation
  • Strong organizational and case management skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team
  • Highly motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality legal work and client service
