Must Have Skills: 3-7 years of construction accounting experience, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Job Cost accounting. Limited recent project experience (no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years).
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee accounting staff, ensure efficient operations across departments, coordinate with external auditors, maintain banking relationships, and support other departments.
Requirements: 4-year business/accounting degree plus 3-7 years of construction accounting or equivalent; strong knowledge of accounting procedures and company policies; excellent communication and organizational skills.
