This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where your work directly impacts project success, operational efficiency, and continued company growth.Responsibilities Manage full-cycle construction accounting activities across multiple active projectsProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsPrepare and manage construction invoicingMaintain accurate project job costing and cost trackingAdminister construction contracts and supporting documentationPrepare and submit bank draw packagesHandle certified payroll reporting and weekly payroll submissionsManage lien waivers and subcontractor compliance documentationMaintain subcontractor agreements, W-9s, and vendor recordsPrepare and process annual 1099 reportingAssist with insurance reporting and project-related financial administrationPartner closely with project management and company leadership to support project executionHelp improve accounting workflows and support future system enhancementsQualifications 5+ years of construction accounting experienceExperience within residential, commercial, multifamily, or general construction environmentsKnowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and construction invoicingExperience supporting multiple concurrent construction projectsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating with project teams and leadershipRequired Skills 7-10+ years of construction accounting experienceExperience with additional construction or real estate accounting software platformsBackground supporting high-volume project environmentsFamiliarity with subcontractor compliance and certified payroll processesDegree not requiredPay range and compensation package Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 annual base salaryAnnual performance and holiday bonus opportunityWeekly payrollPotential overtime compensation when business needs require additional supportEqual Opportunity Statement This position is a hybrid role and is not fully remote.
