Consolidations Manager

- Consolidations Manager will be responsible for preparing all consolidated financial statements
- Coordinate with business unit controllers during the close process and manage consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, and key account reconciliations
- Support the integration of acquisitions and divestitures within the consolidation system and financial reporting structure
- Manage consolidation-related external audit activities and maintain accuracy within financial systems such as OneStream and Oracle
- As a Consolidations Manager, you will assist with stock compensation accounting and support related disclosures, including the annual proxy statement
- Assist with SEC footnotes related to consolidated financial statements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's and CPA (or equivalent) preferred
- 5-8 years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or corporate accounting with consolidations or SEC reporting exposure
- Experience with financial systems/ERPs (e.g., OneStream, Oracle, JDE, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and consolidation principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
