Connected Technology Manager - Atlanta Description Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves. Responsibilities: Educate distributors, Factory Direct representatives, and Service Technicians on PACE GPS product. Execute in-person training and system testing during PACE delivery to customers. Forecast future needs related to shipments, inventory levels, and fluctuating priorities. Develop strategies with Sales Reps, Regional Directors, and leadership team to navigate competitive advantages and deal positioning. Identify process improvements throughout delivery and training activities and establish policies and procedures to provide necessary customer service and promote good customer relations. Travel throughout assigned territory to provide on-site issue testing and functionality resolution. Provide Sales support & assistance to Factory Direct sales along with Distributors to increase Pace install base. Ensure good customer relationships are maintained and customer claims and complaints are handled fairly and effectively. Develop organization wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers and implement improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
