Confluence Admin/Designer

Our client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Confluence Admin/Designer for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• Confluence Administrator Seeking a resource experienced in the Atlassian tool "Confluence".
• Confluence is a cloud-based tool that houses our knowledge management articles including standard operating procedures, alerts, manuals, job-aids and more.
• We are seeking someone experienced with Confluence and related macros and applications to assist in the migration of data from one tool to our new tool Confluence.
• Supports and focuses on the systematic process employed to develop learning products for the organization through the analysis of learning/business needs, adult learning theory, partnering with subject matter experts, and the ongoing evaluation of programs to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Learning products include online courses, instructional manuals, video tutorials, and learning simulations.
• 25% Designs & develops high quality Instructor-led, eLearning, and multimedia course materials including: course design documents, course outlines, course descriptions, presentation slides, diagrams, lab exercises, instructor guides, lab setup guides, job aids, and assessments.
• 25% Creates visually appealing products that adhere to branding guidelines utilizing graphic, authoring, and video production tools.
• 20% Partners cross functionally to scope requirements, objectives, and deliver projects.
• Conducting front end analysis including needs assessment, task analysis, content analysis, and instructional analysis.
• 15% Applies instructional design principles, methodologies and adult learning theories for better learning experiences.
• 15% Supports the end-to-end design and development process for assigned projects through consistent status updates, leading quality content/product reviews and lessons-learned discussions.

Requirements:

• Communication, Instructional Design, Technology, Education or related field
• 3 years Experience providing user support and training, multimedia training materials development
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
• Admin experience with an enterprise level LMS.
• Ability to adapt and grow with institutional needs., Proficient
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively., Proficient
• Excellent follow-up, time management, and organization skills., Proficient
• Good interpersonal and communication skills., Proficient
• The incumbent is required to immediately disclose any debarment, exclusion, or other event that makes them ineligible to perform work directly or indirectly on Federal health care programs.
• Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time.
• Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence.
• Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
• Confluence administrator or designer.
• Familiarity with building pages in Confluence.
• Healthcare background a plus.
• Problem solving, adaptability, independent worker.
