Conflicts Analyst

The Conflicts Analyst plays a key role in the firm's new business intake and conflicts function, helping ensure we take on work in a way that aligns with both our professional responsibilities and client expectations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who already understands law firm conflicts and enjoys working through complex scenarios, partnering with attorneys, and moving matters forward thoughtfully and efficiently.The Analyst will be reviewing conflicts searches, analyzing results, and working with attorneys and firm leadership to identify and resolve potential issues. Some matters will be straightforward; others will require digging deeper, asking the right questions, and helping shape a practical path forward.They will also be involved in preparing engagement documentation, coordinating waivers and consents, and putting ethical screens in place where needed. The role includes regular interaction with the Ethics Committee and senior members of the Conflicts & Compliance team, so sound judgment and clear communication are essential. In addition, the Analyst will help maintain the integrity of our conflicts database and serve as a resource to more junior team members as they develop.What we're looking forAt least 2 years of law firm conflicts or new business intake experienceSomeone who can interpret conflicts reports and explain what the results meanStrong attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized across multiple requestsA practical, solutions‑oriented mindsetComfortable communicating with attorneys and firm leadershipExperience with Intapp or a similar conflicts system preferredProficiency in Word and ExcelA bachelor's degree is preferred, but we're most interested in relevant experience and strong judgment.ScheduleCore hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility depending on workload.In Denver, the expected base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000 per year.This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate's qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k)-retirement plan; and paid time off.
