Qualifications:
· Associates degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
· Ability to work independently and within team environment.
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (i.e. mail merge, sorting/filtering, formulas);
· Working knowledge SQL and Access is preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years experienced and understanding of healthcare field with knowledge of Medicare and Medi-Cal is required.
· Understanding of CPT, HCPCs, ICD-CM Codes, DRG and APC reimbursement methods.
· Experience working through an open enrollment or annual renewal benefits and DOFR configuration is preferred.
· Knowledge of EZCAP 6X system configuration is a plus
· Proven ability to multitask, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and successfully operate in a fast-paced work environment
· Ability to follow through on and successfully execute tasks while adhering to specified quality standards
· Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving and decision making skills

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Review and revise business and plan design requirements and the functional design specifications for system set-ups and configurations;
· Analyze technical requirements, test plans, training materials and procedure documents;
· Execute test plans and test case scenarios to ensure requirements are being met;
· Perform data manipulation, mapping, conversions, and validations utilizing internal systems, external files, Access, and Excel;
· Utilize available tools provided by relevant state or federal websites to obtain pertinent regulatory transmittals and fee schedules.
· Proactively identify and resolve risks and provide proper escalation for high level resolutions;
· Maintain best practices and proactively recommend opportunities for efficiency improvements;
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Configuration Analyst is responsible for serving as the day-to-day liaison for our client contacts and their respective healthcare providers and vendors during implementations. Responsibilities include system configurations, creation and execution of test plans, delivering on project deliverables, performing quality assurance tasks, resolving escalated client-specific issues, and collaborating with internal team members and other departments for client deliverables and special projects.
