We're supporting our Confidential Client, who is seeking an Environmental Laboratory Manager to drive excellence across a network of three environmental (non-medical) laboratories. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, support quality initiatives, and guide a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in keeping our labs running smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring equipment maintenance, repairs, and calibrations are completed on time
  • Monitoring PT schedules, DOCs, and other critical lab processes
  • Managing consumable inventory and ensuring operational readiness
  • Reviewing and reconciling invoices for accuracy
  • Overseeing subcontracted work to ensure the timely delivery of results
  • Collaborating with customers and attending industry meetings as needed
  • Driving clear communication across multiple lab locations

  • Solid technical and computer skills

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Natural problem-solver who can prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong communicator who works well with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach

Why This Role Stands Out
