Seeking a Conduct Specialist to support individuals with behavioral and conduct disorders.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior modification plans, providing therapeutic support, collaborating with families and a team, and monitoring progress.
Requires at least 1 year of experience working with adults with behavioral disorders, strong knowledge of behavior principles, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred qualifications include RBT certification, experience in community mental health, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Position is full-time, on-site in North Hollywood, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-2:30 PM.
