About the Opportunity
A large, nationally recognized organization is seeking a Concur Migration Analyst to support the administration and optimization of its SAP Concur Travel & Expense platform. This role will assist with system testing, documentation, and end-user support while helping ensure the organization's travel and expense processes run smoothly.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who has experience supporting expense management systems, enjoys troubleshooting system issues, and is comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for the SAP Concur Travel & Expense platform, including assisting with system updates, configuration testing, and user support
  • Participate in system migrations, upgrades, and enhancements related to travel and expense processes
  • Execute testing within sandbox environments for Concur and AppZen to validate system functionality and changes
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), FAQs, and test cases
  • Support end users by addressing questions and troubleshooting issues related to travel bookings and expense submissions
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure system workflows and documentation remain accurate and up to date
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and communication using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Copilot
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing system functionality and documentation
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience supporting SAP Concur Travel & Expense systems
  • Experience with system implementations, migrations, or upgrades
  • Familiarity with system testing, validation, and sandbox environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to assist end users and document processes clearly
  • Experience creating training materials, SOPs, or internal documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
