Description
The Project Manager will report into senior operations leadership and play a key role in driving successful project delivery from pre-construction through close-out.
- Lead all phases of concrete construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Manage project financials including forecasting, cost control, and reporting
- Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Support pre-construction efforts including estimating, planning, and value engineering
Profile
For the Project Manager - Concrete Construction we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within concrete or heavy civil construction
- Strong background in structural concrete projects; tilt-wall or large-scale commercial/industrial experience is highly beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and contracts
- Experience working closely with field operations and superintendent teams
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Candidates who have progressed through the field or trades are highly valued
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000+ (flexible based on concrete experience)
