Plant Manager
(Northern Area)

About us:
Adonel Concrete is looking for a highly motivated person to direct the ready-mix operations as a Plant Manager in the Northern area while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Improve efficiency of utilization of mixer drivers
- Prepare and analyze daily production reports
- Train new batchers, and drivers as needed
- Coordinate with batcher and dispatcher plant operations
- Maintain raw material inventory
- Ensure plant operates in accordance to established procedures
- Monitor and manage personnel performance
- Assure that all plant facilities and equipment are kept safe and clean
- Attend Management Meetings
- Review with maintenance managers any maintenance issues, and corrective action as necessary
- Coordinate with Safety Manager training and enforcement of safety policy and procedures
Education and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Self-starter, problem solver
- Ability to work long, flexible hours as dictated by business needs
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Effective decision-making skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and stressful situations
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency with loaders and batching equipment
