We are hiring a Concrete Foreman for a direct hire role in Rosendale, WI, overseeing 6-8 workers on large concrete projects like tanks, digesters, and infrastructure across the Midwest and US.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise concrete crews, ensuring safety and production goals are met
- Participate in formwork, rebar, concrete placement, and finishing
- Read and interpret construction plans
- Operate equipment such as skid loaders and telehandlers
- Maintain safe job sites
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years concrete experience
- At least 2 years leadership experience
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Preferred: experience with heavy concrete, tanks, wastewater, or agricultural projects
Compensation & Benefits:
- $35-$45+ per hour, with ~20 hours weekly overtime
- Weekly pay, year-end bonuses, medical/dental/vision insurance, 410k with match, PTO, travel per diem
Travel may include local, semi-local, or extended out-of-town projects, with transportation and per diem provided. Schedule involves early starts, long hours, and occasional weekend work.
