Job Title: Concrete Foreman (Commercial)
Pay Rate: $25–$32 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on commercial concrete projects throughout West Michigan. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, advanced concrete finishing skills, and a solid construction background. The Concrete Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily jobsite activities, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate a concrete crew on commercial job sites
Perform hands-on concrete finishing work including:
Flatwork
Walls
Decorative concrete
Build, set, and strip concrete forms
Layout and install reinforcing steel (rebar)
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards
Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades
Monitor job progress and adjust crew activities as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
Assist with training and mentoring crew members

Reliable transportation to job sites across West Michigan
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment
Outdoor and indoor commercial construction sites
Exposure to varied weather conditions
Physical demands include lifting, bending, standing, and working with hand and power tools

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
