We are hiring a Concrete Foreman for a direct hire role in Rosendale, WI, overseeing 6-8 workers on large reinforced concrete projects such as tanks, digesters, and waste structures across the Midwest and U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise concrete crews, ensuring safety and production targets
- Perform activities like formwork, rebar installation, concrete placement, and finishing
- Interpret construction drawings and operate equipment as needed
- Maintain safe job sites and coordinate project tasks
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of concrete construction experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience with heavy concrete, tank construction, or agricultural projects is preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- $35-$45+ per hour, with overtime, weekly pay, and year-end bonuses
