The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in concrete or paving construction, equipment operation, and the ability to interpret blueprints. Responsibilities include organizing work, coordinating resources, communicating needs, and leading by example with a focus on safety and quality. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential. This position is governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement and is open to union-sponsored candidates.
