The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for forming, pouring, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete. The individual must be able to demonstrate the ability to be a team player and must be willing to show respect for all co-workers and customers.

Must keep building and/or assigned areas of the jobsite clean and organized as necessary to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the Foreman/General Superintendent, Safety Director, or HR manager.
Ability to plan and execute your work to provide the highest efficiency possible, ensuring you have the proper tools and materials to perform the task or project.
Assist in the excavation of the proposed area to be poured.
Assist in building forms for proposed pour, whether it is a flat pour, pier, or foundation.
Assist in setting forms and making sure they are at the proper grade or height.
Grade stone for proposed pour if required.
Pour, level, and finish freshly poured concrete as the specification of the job or construction site requires.
Willing to work outside in all types of weather.
Other duties as assigned
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to travel as needed (typically less than 10% of the time)
Must provide own trowel, float, and concrete boots
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines
Must have a valid driver's license with the ability to hold a Med Card
Clean driving record
