We are hiring experienced Concrete Finishers to support a respected commercial contractor working on major projects throughout the Pittsburgh area. This role involves hands-on finishing work, teamwork, and maintaining high-quality standards on active construction sites.

Pay & Schedule:
Up to $34/hour based on experience
Full-time, consistent work
Overtime opportunities available
Scope of Work:
Place, pour, smooth, and finish concrete to specified grades and tolerances
Use screeds, floats, trowels, and edging tools to achieve proper finish and surface quality
Assist with layout, forming, wire mesh placement, and tying rebar as required
Monitor curing process and apply finishing treatments, sealants, or textures as needed
Cut, polish, and surface concrete using hand and power tools
Requirements:
2+ years of commercial concrete finishing or forming experience
Knowledge of layout, screeding, and forming systems
Ability to read and follow blueprints and project plans
Strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and reliability
Reliable transportation to various job sites
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
