As a Concourse (Field) Supervisor you are to Coordinate with all ABM Customer Care Agent agents and act as liaison between air carrier and ABM.
You are to collect information such as Weather Delays, Gate Changes, Inbound Ad hoc Wheelchair requests, Customer Complaints and any other Operational Information and disseminate it to the proper ABM department in the most timely, efficient and professional manner.
It is required that you maintain a "Daily Operations Report" documenting all situations that occur during the shift. This Activity Log should be maintained on an ABM provided PC or IPAD, in an ABM specified format.
You will be required to attend all airline held Operations Briefings situated in the IOC (Integrated Operations Center) or Concourse meeting area, mainly to solicit feedback and represent ABM of any queries that may arise. Your attendance is subject to the airline''s approval of operational briefings only.
You will be required to provide direct- reports to (Gate Coordinator Team) about Arrival and Departure information every two hours.
All issues/compliments pertaining to ABM, brought up in the above-mentioned briefing must be shared immediately with the Upper Management via ABM provided Email.
Emailing privileges must be used in the most professional manner and must not be used to provide any internal company details to a third party without proper authorization.
During your Shift, you are required to have a total and updated manpower count for each ABM Customer Care Agent for accountability purposes.
Assist clearing team members with flight/gate information.
It is Important that you communicate any Viable Information provided by air carrier to all concerned ABM parties to ensure a timely service to our customers, you will be provided with a to Communicate with the Dispatchers in case of immediate assistance.
At no time are you to engage in any kind of argument or hostile discussion with airline staff or fellow vendors.
If you encounter a hostile situation, it must be immediately brought to the attention of ABMs Management without any further confrontation.
It is Important that you always keep your workspace clean and tidy.
All ABM provided equipment must be used for work purposes only, Surfing the Web on an ABM Computer for personal reasons is prohibited.
