Position: Concord Sports Team Member Reports to: Concord Sports Director Position type: Seasonal, part-time Position Summary: Assist with a variety of duties to help Concord Sports events run smoothly. Ensuring that athletes and families feel welcome and valued as participants and are being inspired to follow Jesus. QUALITIES + QUALIFICATIONS Uphold Biblical priorities through a growing personal relationship with Jesus. Become an active member of FB Concord or be an active member of a local like-minded bible teaching church Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church. Encompass the qualities and characteristics of Concord staff members as outlined in our Staff Values. Love of Jesus, sports and children RESPONSIBILITIES Work a variety of jobs at Concord Sports events: concessions, score table, clean up, etc Welcome athletes and families, help answer questions Be available to help with cleaning up spills, 1st aid, etc Other duties as assigned or required by CS Director or Asst Director WORKING CONDITIONS Typically, a 1-day work week in a gym or field environment.
