Security Concierge Officer
Location: Cranberry Township
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00pm to 9:00pm
Pay Rate: $17.75

We're looking for professional, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Security Concierge Officers. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors while helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. If you enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills, and take pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor building access and maintain a secure environment.
- Conduct routine patrols and report safety or security concerns.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
- Complete clear and accurate incident reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while enforcing site policies.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in security, concierge, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
