Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Primarily works independently in the office setting, reports to a manager
Resource's typical working day:
- Acts as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing front-facing support.
- Handles general office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manages facilities-related matters, including coordination with the landlord for repairs and maintenance.
- Oversees meeting room bookings and setup.
- Supports the use and troubleshooting of AV equipment for meetings and events.
- Other general admin tasks
Must Have Skills:
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
- Comfortable working in a dynamic office environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Nice to have skills:
- Coachable, trainable
Years of Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in concierge and admin roles
Education: at least HS/GED
Software Skills:
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Comfortable navigating and using various technical tools and platforms as needed in an office environment
