We are searching for a Concierge Nurse Navigator at the TCP Medical Group clinic someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will deliver comprehensive clinical, operational, and administrative support to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient practice operations. Support daily workflow, managing medical supplies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate financial and membership records. Provide direct patient care through preparing patients for examinations, assisting providers during procedures, administering medications, collecting specimens, performing laboratory tests, and coordinating referrals.Think you've got what it takes?Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvides Daily OperationsMonitors and ensures patient flowPrepares deposit weekly and assures daily work is balanced and ready for pickup by bank courierCollects and disseminates mail and deliveries per practice protocolParticipates in interdisciplinary meeting to promote and ensure adjustment and continuity of patient carePrepares patient for examination per practice protocolCompletes treatments/lab as directed by provider and within scope of positionTriages phone calls per practice protocol and within scope of practiceDocuments all clinical patient care calls and interventions per organization recommendationsParticipates in quality improvement initiatives that support patient careVerifies provider order and patient per practice protocolCollects and processes specimen according to manufacturer's instructions and using proper techniqueCoordinates patient care by following up on lab results, ER visits, or any part of care that needs coordinationCoordinates referralsReviews billing informationMonitors TCP Concierge Self-Pay Workqueue on a weekly basis and corrects within seven (7) business days of delinquencySkills & RequirementsDiploma or GED And Other Diploma or Certificate from a school of vocational nursing Required OR Documentation from the Texas Board of Nursing verifying an exception to the requirement for a diploma from a school of vocational nursingLVN - Lic-Licensed Vocational Nurses State of TexasBLS - Cert-Basic Life Support American Heart Association1 year LVN experience required1 year pediatrics exp preferred1 year Nurse Navigation expeience in a specialty perferred Texas Children's Pediatrics is the nation's largest primary pediatric care network with more than 200 physicians dedicated to the health care needs of infants to teenagers in over 50 locations throughout the greater Houston area.
