Birdcall is looking to staff its venues at both the Red Rocks Amphitheatre and Coors Field for the 2026 event season.

Join our Culinary team as we make amazing food for our guests. With a menu full of 100% all-natural ingredients (everything from our crispy chicken sandwiches to our fresh nutritious salads) we focus on quality and also want you to.

As part of this team, you will will work a high volume, fast paced kitchen doing a number roles including hotside, coldside, fry cook, kitchen prep, breading, line cook, dessert station and more, all to the highest standards. As a food service team member, your cooking skills will be put to the test making high quality, locally sourced item. You will also work as a cashier and expo / expedite food for our guests
