Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing Copiers, Printers, computers, or IT networks.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair Windows PCs and networks
Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls
Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, printers, and business applications
Install and troubleshoot network printers, scanners, and multifunction copiers
Set up and maintain remote access and VPN connections
Perform on-site service calls at customer locations throughout Long Island
Communicate professionally with customers and document completed work
