REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required, associates degree or higher preferred; will consider persons with relevant experience; basic working knowledge of modern hardware, software and devices; ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze, and solve problems autonomously; proficiency in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing; good interpersonal skills; skills to prioritize work and manage multiple priorities; able to work from a ladder, work overhead, and lift at least 50 lbs. unassisted.
