JOB SUMMARY:

The employee in this highly responsible professional position is expected to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This Operations Analyst II position reports directly to the Enterprise Systems Support Process (ESSP), Operations and Support Unit, Senior Management Analyst Supervisor. If you enjoy working with computer systems, reviewing information and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Monitoring system outputs and reporting anomalies
  • Performing data updates and corrections in a production environment
  • Compiling data from single or multiple resources and formatting reports
  • Developing and revising work instructions and job aids

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two years of experience working for the Department of Revenue Child Support Program.
  • Two years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on using Microsoft Excel.
  • Two years of experience communicating with customers for the purpose of resolving inquiries.
  • Two years of experience collecting and analyzing data to identify and solve problems, develop alternative recommendations, and implement resolutions.
  • Two years of experience in effective communication through a variety of methods (i.e. report writing, public speaking, presentations) to a diverse internal or external audience.

PREFERENCES:

  • Preference may be given to candidates with operational knowledge of multiple CRM processes within the Child Support Program
  • Preference may be given for experience providing quality customer service.

SPECIAL NOTES:

SALARY: $41,517.24 - $55,115.04.
