Seeking a reliable Computer Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who can troubleshoot efficiently, communicate clearly with end-users, and stay on top of support tickets and system issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person
- Monitor, update, and resolve tickets within the JIRA ticketing system
- Install, configure, and set up hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Document issues, resolutions, and create user-friendly technical guides
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes
- Strong customer service mindset with patience and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain accurate documentation
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced support environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology and Customer Service
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
