Computer Support Specialist (On-site)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Computer Support Specialist to provide customer support and administrative assistance in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills with the ability to review records, evaluate documentation, and respond to inquiries professionally and accurately.

• Search and review computer records and databases in response to customer inquiries
• Interpret records and documentation to determine appropriate responses and solutions
• Evaluate submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Draft professional and accurate email responses to inquiries
• Respond to inquiries promptly, courteously, and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions
• Provide support within a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Ensure attention to detail while managing multiple assignments and inquiries
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to interpret records, documentation, and database information accurately
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially
