Job Description The computer support specialist position will provide technical support to University Advancements faculty and staff. The incumbent will have duties to include basic support for departmental computing devices; routine upkeep, maintenance, and supply of workgroup printers, copiers, and fax machines; communication of needs to the Director of Systems Administration and Technology Support; monitoring of incoming service requests and ensuring appropriate escalations are performed; and maintaining proper documentation.
