BASIC FUNCTION:
Under direction of the Director of Information Technology, provide highest level of support for the assigned Student Information Systems (SIS), develop or maintain data interfaces, develop customer reports, extract and manipulate statistical data from SIS, create technical and end-user documentation, provide training on both software and related procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination equivalent to: bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and three years of experience performing duties of increasing responsibilities in a computing environment.N
