Job Description:

Work in the operations team who provide 24X7X365 onsite support of the data centers, remote offices, and technical infrastructure.
Perform passwords changes
Participate in data center failover exercises
Participate in patch weekends
Coordinate and participate in equipment installations and decommissioning (racking equipment/power/fiber/network)
Perform cable installations and removals in accordance with cable management best practice and change policy.
Ensure that all hardware and software problems/issues are logged (tickets) and the appropriate people are notified (On call support), and process is followed.
Provide off hours (Service Desk) support.
Provide off hours (UK London Office) support
Desire 10 years of experience in IT operations

Workdays: Tuesday through Saturday
Working hours: 11 PM – 7 AM
