- Where: Greenwood, AR
- When: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with Fridays and Saturdays as needed)
- Compensation: $18/hour or higher, commensurate with experience
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and related fabrication machinery
- Fine-tuning tooling, offsets, and machine settings to match job specifications
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Performing in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Reporting non-conformances and assisting with corrective actions
- Performing routine maintenance and keeping machines and work areas clean while following all safety procedures
Who You Are
- PROOF of a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Have 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant or shop environment
- Bring 1–2 years of experience as a CNC machine operator
- Comfortable reading blueprints and using a tape measure with accuracy
- Detail-focused with strong mechanical aptitude
Physical Capability
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
