Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range $23.00/hr - $26.00/hrRole Overview Role Overview: We are seeking a Design & CAD Engineer to provide critical engineering support and help manage the growing demand for technical services within our Design & Digital operations. This entry-level role plays a key part in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring accuracy in design documentation and collaboration.Responsibilities Manage and oversee the Global Design SharePoint (GDS) system, ensuring compliance with data standards and maintaining data integrity.Coordinate with multiple design agencies: issue design requests, respond to inquiries, and deliver completed materials back to requestors.Monitor and prioritize incoming requests to meet delivery timelines aligned with business needs.Collaborate with OEM suppliers to acquire required 3D data sets for design requests.Maintain and update the Shape Identification Directory (SID) to accurately reflect the system portfolio.Support the creation of CAD revisions and technical documentation for packaging designs.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.3–5 years of relevant professional experience.Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to balance multiple priorities.Proficiency in interpreting and reviewing technical drawings.Experience with CAD tools (CATIA preferred).Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.Seniority level Entry levelEmployment type ContractJob function Design and ManagementIndustries Beverage ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at TPI Global Solutions by 2xGet notified about new Computer Aided Design Specialist jobs in Smyrna, GA.#J-18808-Ljbffr
