We are looking for a Composite Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at the Elbit Cyclone site in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone.
In this role, you will take part in leading the engineering activities in aerospace projects and accompany innovative composite structures from design to serial production. In this role, you will:
- Lead engineering activities in aerospace projects
- Include preparation and management of the engineering plan for transferring composite structure design to prototype and serial production
- Define manufacturing processes and required technologies
- Characterize and determine the requirements for tool design
- Define and support production processes
- Manage project execution ensuring adherence to schedule and cost requirements
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant industrial experience
- Experience leading projects and tasks in a matrix work environment (advantageous)
- Proficiency in CAD software (advantageous for CATIA)
- Familiarity with composite structures (advantageous)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with teamwork ability, independence, and initiative
- High level of English
