What You’ll Do

  • Prepare metal works and related components used in molded-part production.
  • Mix resin according to defined formularies using industrial scales and mixers.
  • Run, observe, and verify the casting process to uphold quality criteria.
  • Handle raw inputs and finished products safely and efficiently.
  • Compile, record, and clearly identify cast parts immediately after manufacture.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safety-compliant workspace.
  • Work closely with teammates to reach production goals and schedule commitments.
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand your casting process expertise.

What Sets You Up for Success

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical manufacturing coursework is a plus.
  • Readiness to learn basic mix formulations; comfortable with industrial scales, mixers, and common hand tools.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks that involve bending and lifting 70+ pounds for 75% of your shift.
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing or casting preferred.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a habit of following instructions precisely.
  • Ability to thrive amid shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude with practical problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication and collaborative teamwork.
