Johnson Service Group is seeking a Global Compliance Training Specialist for a contract to hire position based on based on performance.  

Payrate $28 - $35 DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the single point of ownership for all compliance related training across the enterprise.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the parent company’s Ethics & Compliance team to understand corporate mandated training requirements (e.g., Security Awareness, Sexual Harassment, Code of Conduct) and translate them into site ready execution.
  • Partners with internal stakeholders including Security, EH&S, Environmental, Quality, Operations, and HR to consolidate regulatory, customer, and audit driven training requirements.
  • Build, maintain, and govern a centralized global compliance training calendar that clearly outlines what training is required, who it applies to, and when it is released and due.
  • Manage compliance training variations by U.S. state, country, region, and customer specific project requirements.
  • Coordinate localization, translation, and delivery methods to support a diverse, global, and largely non desk workforce.
  • Ensure compliance training delivery methods align with manufacturing and operational constraints while meeting regulatory expectations.
  • Implement and manage centralized tracking and reporting to provide real time visibility into completion status, overdue training, and audit readiness.
  • Support internal and external audits by producing accurate, defensible training records and documentation.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve compliance training structure, processes, and governance to support organizational growth.
  • Other special projects related to Learning & Development and compliance enablement, as assigned


Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Compliance, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance training, regulatory training, learning operations, or related discipline.
  • Experience supporting global organizations with multi-regional compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating training across multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience supporting audits (ISO, RBA, customer audits, or regulatory inspections) strongly preferred
Certification in project management is a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate compliance training programs and regulatory training landscapes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to design and manage structured systems, calendars, and governance models.
  • Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into clear, actionable training plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and learning management systems.
  • SCORM file creation knowledge (with LMS publishing, testing, troubleshooting)
  • Articulate Storyline/Rise preference to adapt parent company compliance trainings:
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
  • Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset
