This role involves directly communicating with complainants to gather information, explain jurisdictional limitations, and provide appropriate guidance or referrals. The officer will analyze complaints against applicable laws, determine case outcomes, and prepare written correspondence under supervisory approval.Responsibilities:Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filedRead state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issueCommunicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUSTAdvise complainant of the Division’s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reasonProvide any resources or referrals, as appropriateSend a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisorClose the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in VersaDocument the actions in the OnBase systemWork Environment: Professional office, business casual, cubicle **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
