Job Description/Responsibilities:
The Compliance Manager plays a critical, enterprise-wide role in shaping and advancing Sazerac’s global compliance strategy. This leader will drive a proactive, risk-based compliance culture—ensuring alignment with domestic and international regulations while enabling continued business growth.
This role partners closely with executive leadership, legal, and operational teams to design scalable compliance frameworks, strengthen internal controls, and embed best-in-class governance practices across all business units and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of global compliance frameworks, policies, and internal audit programs
Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks across U.S. and international markets
Design and implement dashboards, risk heat maps, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to leadership
Drive automation and digitization of compliance workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
