ITAR Compliance ManagerLead full implementation and ongoing management of ITAR compliance program. Conduct gap assessments and drive remediation across engineering, ops, and quality. Manage audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reporting requirements. Serve as internal subject matter expert on ITAR, EAR, and export regulations. Develop policies, controls, and training to ensure organization-wide compliance.
