We are seeking a Compliance Manager? to join our team at Everest Community Academy, part of Bourne Education Trust.

Position: Compliance Manager

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Salary: Grade D1-D5 £27,779 - £30,564

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure excellent standards of teaching & learning across the subject.
  • Take responsibility for the strategic overview of the department, including self evaluation and the improvement plan for the department.
  • Monitor student progress and implement strategic intervention for the department.

Requirements include:

Essential

  • Act as the first point of contact for H&S compliance matters within the school
  • Provide day-to-day advice and guidance to the Headteacher and relevant colleagues on compliance matters, escalating complex, high-risk or novel issues as appropriate
  • Support the school to comply with policies, statutory requirements and regulatory expectations
