Compliance Lead (Non-Profit Sector)
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 USD

Key Responsibilities for the Compliance Lead:
• Lead and supervise a team handling compliance reviews and investigations
• Oversee eligibility determinations, documentation audits, and casework accuracy
• Identify compliance gaps and implement process improvements
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and board members
• Ensure regulatory and program requirements are consistently met
Qualifications for the Compliance Lead:
• 3+ years of recent supervisory or management experience
• Background in compliance, eligibility, investigations, or audit-focused roles
• Experience working in high-volume, detail-driven environments
• Bachelor’s degree required
