Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience across multiple manufacturing functions, including production and logistics.
  • Working knowledge of SQF and GMP standards.
  • Experience developing company-wide EHS programs and SOPs.
  • Background in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more to support multiple manufacturing plants for SQF and environmental compliance.
Physical Demands
  • Frequent communication and information exchange in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular observation and assessment of manufacturing operations.
  • Frequent use of manufacturing equipment and tools.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical movements such as bending, reaching, kneeling, or crouching.
Work Environment
  • Indoor manufacturing environment with moving mechanical parts.
  • Exposure to heat, noise, odors, and occasional airborne particles.
  • Required use of PPE including hearing protection, safety glasses, and hairnets.
  • Ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
