The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the operational infrastructure of Senior Living Residences' corporate compliance program.  This position manages compliance systems, regulatory calendars, trackers, documentation repositories, and organizational workflows that support compliance across the organization. The Coordinator works closely with Home Office departments and community leadership to ensure regulatory obligations, contractual requirements, insurance documentation, and compliance initiatives remain organized, current, and completed on time.

The Coordinator exercises sound independent judgment in carrying out assigned responsibilities while keeping the Director of Compliance & Personnel Management appropriately informed of project status, emerging issues, and matters requiring strategic, legal, regulatory, or operational decision-making. 

Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, strong project management abilities, and the ability to manage numerous competing priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality. This position is expected to continually identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen compliance systems, and increase organizational efficiency.

Travel to managed communities is required as business needs dictate.

 
WORK SCHEDULE:
Full Time: Monday-Friday business hours in-office at Braintree, MA with flexibility for some remote days after completion of onboarding training
 
PAY & BENEFITS:
Annual salary starting at $62,000

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered;

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in compliance, healthcare administration, operations, project coordination, risk management, quality assurance, or a related role preferred;

  • Experience working in a regulated environment (assisted living, healthcare, senior living, government, insurance, or similar industry) strongly preferred;

  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage numerous concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail;

  • Experience developing systems, tracking tools, or process improvements is highly desirable.

  • Strong technology skills with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software, and the ability to quickly learn company-specific systems, including HRIS and electronic health record (EHR) platforms;

  • Ability to analyze information, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation;

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive information;

  • Willingness and ability to travel to communities as needed to support audits, regulatory activities, quality reviews, projects, and operational initiatives.
