The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Manager, Contracts and Risk in ensuring the organization’s adherence to internal policies and compliance with industry-related State and local regulations by performing administrative tasks like managing records, assisting in the preparation of reports, supporting audits and communicating with internal departments.
The Compliance Coordinator provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service.
Responsibilities:Prepare and submit compliance reports, update databases and maintain detailed records of compliance efforts.
· Enter data, analyze information and monitor operational compliance with internal policies and industry related local and State regulations
· Assist the Manager, Contracts and Risk with the drafting of agreements and pertinent amendments.
· Serve as the backup for the Manager, Contracts and Risk
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalency required.
· 3+ years as a Compliance Coordinator or similar position
· Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to help create effective customer-focused relationships with all levels within the organization.
· Able to work under tight deadlines and use time effectively based on key priorities.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Intermediate command of computer hardware/software, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
