BARS Program Compliance Checker

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to assist with the BARS Program (Be A Responsible Seller), a compliance program designed to help businesses reinforce proper ID-checking procedures for alcohol, tobacco sales, and ensuring promotional things are being offered at the POS.

This position involves visiting assigned businesses as a compliance checker and documenting whether employees properly request identification during age-restricted purchase attempts.

Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned driving routes and store visits
• Follow simple program instructions and reporting procedures
• Accurately document compliance results
• Represent the program professionally and respectfully

Requirements:

• Must be between 21–25 years old
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable driving between multiple locations

Pay:

• $20/hr
• $0.67 per mile reimbursement

This is flexible, independent work with straightforward training provided before starting.
